If dreams require betting it all, who defines worth and worthlessness?
Shen Luqi, a model student for over a decade, suddenly decides to give up her promising medical career and pursue becoming a high-end French cuisine chef. Meanwhile, Joey, a young and talented French cuisine master chef, is going through a low point in her career. At pivotal moments in their lives, these two women meet in the highly competitive fine dining industry, becoming teacher and student, confidantes, and comrades-in-arms. However, the rules of the game in this industry are also gradually changing them...

A woman and a man struggle desperately a single strand of spider silk hangs in the balance
A woman invites a young boy to her hotel room for a heart-to-heart talk, but beneath the ambiguous power struggle lies a huge crisis. The woman recalls calling the boy, and during the call, she heard the sound of beeps, like a thread about to snap. Their conversation ranges from daily life to distant battlefields. Three falls, two trapped, one phone call. Where does the spider silk hanging above them come from?
